Tractor Half-Axle Gear

This product is a half-axle gear for agricultural machinery, manufactured from premium 20CrMnTi alloy steel and engineered for the high torque, low speed and long-duration duty typical of tractors. Production flow: blanking → forging → drilling → back-taper turning → turning of shaft journals and bearing faces with oil grooves → broached spline/keyway → drilling of oil and locating holes → carburizing & quenching → post-heat-treatment finish-machining of shaft journals and bearing faces. The process ensures both structural strength and assembly reliability.
Carburizing and quenching harden the tooth surfaces and critical load zones while retaining a tough core, delivering excellent wear resistance and contact-fatigue strength to withstand frequent start/stop cycles, impact loads and rough field conditions. Properly designed oil grooves and oil holes improve lubricant distribution, reduce wear and extend overall service life.
Structure & process: forged blank with precision finish on bearing faces and splines to ensure secure assembly and dependable power transmission.
Heat treatment: carburizing & quenching for wear resistance and core toughness.
Applications: suitable for various tractors and other agricultural driveline systems.
