A heavy-duty rocker-arm shaft engineered for agricultural equipment, forged from 42CrMo alloy and finished for reliable, long-life performance in harsh field conditions. Production route: blanking → forging → rough & finish turning → drilling & tapping → rolled keyway + milled spline → induction hardening → straightening → thread-hole cleaning → OD grinding.
Heat treatment: induction hardening of bearing and contact zones yields a hard, wear-resistant surface while preserving a ductile core. Post-hardening straightening minimizes distortion and ensures dimensional integrity.
Precision finishing: final OD grind and cleaned threaded holes guarantee smooth assembly and stable running. Rolled keyway and milled spline provide secure torque transmission and repeatable fit.
Field-ready design: forged backbone and surface-hardened contact zones resist wear, fatigue and shock typical of agricultural duty cycles.
