The universal joint cross (cross shaft) is manufactured from 20CrMnTiH and engineered for heavy-duty truck applications where high fatigue strength and dimensional stability are essential. Production begins with blanking and forging, followed by rough and finish turning of shaft diameters and inner bores, spline broaching, and carburizing-quenching heat treatment; after heat treatment the shaft diameters are finish-ground to ensure running accuracy and fit. We support production to customer drawings and specified materials and processes, and apply strict quality control—including dimensional inspection, hardness testing, and heat-treatment verification—to deliver reliable, long-life components for demanding driveline environments.
