Description

This planetary gear is designed for tractor driveline and reduction systems, where high torque transmission, compact structure and long service life are essential. It is manufactured from 20CrMnTi alloy steel and produced through a well-controlled process route: blanking → forging → drilling → back-taper turning → precision machining of bores and spherical surfaces → oil-hole drilling → carburizing & quenching → post-heat-treatment finish machining of bores and spherical surfaces.
Carburizing and quenching provide a hard, wear-resistant working surface while preserving a tough and resilient core, enabling the gear to withstand continuous load, frequent load fluctuations and harsh agricultural operating conditions. The accurately machined bore and spherical surfaces ensure stable alignment and smooth load distribution within the planetary set, contributing to quiet operation and reliable torque transfer. Integrated oil holes support effective lubrication, reducing friction and extending service life.
Material: 20CrMnTi alloy steel, suitable for gears requiring high wear resistance and fatigue strength.
Heat treatment: Carburizing & quenching for an optimal balance of surface hardness and core toughness.
Manufacturing approach: Forged blank with precision machining before and after heat treatment to ensure dimensional stability and functional accuracy.
