Stainless Steel Square Flange

A precision-machined stainless steel flange with a square plate design, featuring a large central bore and four symmetrical elongated slots for easy installation and fine positional adjustment. Reliable material selection and stable dimensions provide strong corrosion resistance. Widely used for equipment bases, pipe supports, valve mounting and various mechanical connections.
Materials & process
Common materials: SUS 304 / SUS 316L (duplex stainless steels or other materials available on request). Manufactured by CNC machining with precision drilling and deburring; surface finishes available include brushed, mirror polish or electropolish, followed by passivation to balance appearance and corrosion resistance.
Typical specifications (customizable to drawing)
Plate thickness, central bore diameter and slot dimensions can be produced per customer requirements. Standard positional tolerance for holes can reach ±0.1 mm; flatness and concentricity controlled according to requested accuracy class.
