Description

This product is manufactured from 20CrMnTiH alloy steel through the following processes: blanking → forging → drilling → back taper turning → precision machining of bore and spherical surface → carburizing and quenching → final inspection. It is primarily designed for use in automotive transmission systems. Carburizing and quenching create a high-hardness wear-resistant layer on the tooth surface while maintaining good core toughness, comprehensively improving contact fatigue strength and impact resistance. Precision machining ensures coaxiality and tooth surface contact shape, guaranteeing transmission accuracy and low-noise operation.

Main Features:
Material: 20CrMnTiH, excellent wear resistance and hardenability, or specified material.
Heat Treatment: Carburizing and quenching, balancing surface hardening and core toughness.
Process: Forging + precision turning + precision grinding (bore/spherical surface) → ensuring dimensional stability and fitting accuracy.
