Description

The Driven cylindrical gear is engineered for heavy-duty truck applications and other high-load transmission systems, combining precise tooth geometry with robust material properties to ensure long service life and reliable power transmission. Manufacture begins with blanking and forging, followed by rough and finish turning of the outer diameter and end faces, spline/keyway broaching, and gear hobbing; the part then undergoes carburizing and quenching heat treatment, with subsequent post-heat-treatment end-face grinding and tooth grinding to achieve final dimensional accuracy and surface integrity. We support manufacturing to customer drawings and specified materials and processes, and apply strict quality control—dimensional inspection, hardness testing, and gear profile verification—to deliver components with stable tooth form, high surface hardness, and excellent fatigue resistance.
